This reminds me of a discussion I had with a friend with similar problems, that escalated into my designing a "pickysexual" flag (ronkeliseksuaali in Finnish, it's funnier but doesn't quite translate) for them.

Found it!
My original version didn't have the dark red stripe at the bottom, but my friend insisted we add that as the bright red stripe was not thin enough in their opinion. It messed up the proportions a bit however, as I simply added the stripe at the bottom of the earlier version. I should probably go back one day and redo it.
