More noodling with forest subjects. For the fern one it was a bit of an exercise in finding a composition from the chaos.
Haven't had time to work on my game project but ive been using these to find solutions to composition, color, simplification etc that are specific to this setting. Painting allows me to think without all the limitations I'll have later on.

I turned 41 a few weeks ago. In my limited experience, your 30s are way better than your 20s.
