An El17 locomotive at Flåm with a single carriage, in the green Flåmsbanan livery. I suspect the pair in connected to the Flåmsbanan museum, which was right next to them (one of my big regrets of the trip to Norway was not getting to visit the museum or ride the Flåmsbanan).
