It feels like every time I get a shake that's not cookies and cream, it betrays me. Oreo shake, my beloved, you would never hurt me, I'm so sorry for my infidelity, I'll never do it again
Cookies and cream and strawberry are great flavors, but not universal. When I go to a place I have to judge them on the quality of their shakes before I know what flavor to get. I always get chocolate first, because everwhere has chocolate and is a good baseline for comparison. Then find the flavor that they do best.
Literally I do the same with Oreo, whenever I go to a new ice cream place that's what I get
I have found Strawberry one of the universal milkshake flavors. Like chocolate, vanilla and strawberry are the holy trifecta of milkshakes
those are the universal flavors yes but i genuinely feel like chocolate is a majorly overrated flavor for ice cream related treats, especially milkshakes. vanilla will always be 10x better than chocolate
I wasn't expecting this shitpost to start ice cream flavor discourse but I'm about it
puppy girl failure speaks the truth tho chocolate is so overrated
its like ice cream was designed for vanilla + something fruity
places have like- strawberry banana fruitloops and yall just put oreos in it and call it good smh
i used to be a big Mint Chocolate Chip/Shamrock Shake person before the Mint Extract Incident
chocolate shakes for me, yum
mint choc chip shake is my fav. im really hoping its a personal incident not a reason i need to stop.
