According to the Rock&Rush manga drawn by Sakura and commissioned by Capcom, Megaman has a brother that is currently living in Brazil.
His shirt says "ブラシル" or quite literally, "Brazil" and seems to be surrounded by intrigue, considering his debut illustration, outside of who he is and where he lives, pretty much just says "Megaman seems to have a brother, I would like to meet him some day"
