still super hype from yesterday's hike (and super sore lol)
the descent was so unbelievably green it felt like we'd walked into the fae realm, and it was so cool how the ocean just suddenly appeared once we hit the summit. the little quail were soo cute too, and basically i just can't believe how much biodiversity the mountains contain
oh yeah, i drove home in partial dark too, which is a big deal for me and gives me confidence for future big day trips!
