Lifeless Paralysis _{(lolled at this one)}
Mouse Syphilis

also i only ran this and another generator once but oddly they both came up with boar results: Boar Illness and Boar Blight. very sick creatures i guess!

I got some good ones!

"Frost pneumonia" and "Avian leprosy" sound real.

"Permanent Measles", "Wicked sores", and "Worn dehydration" sound made up or like they were around for a while in the 1700s and then later reclassified as something else.

"Tranquil deafness" seems terrifying, like a gently-named Victorian affliction for a degenerative nerve syndrome.
