Since our mandatory 6 am training is next week, I'm going to start flipping my sleep schedule this week. I'll stay up later and later until I'm actually working at the same time as the EU office and sleeping in the afternoons. This is, according to medical science, The Way to get DSPS people to shift their sleep cycle earlier: come at it from the other direction. I've never done it before because it's so disruptive, and I'm kind of skeptical that I'm actually be able to sleep these random-ass hours, but I'm honestly really curious. Who knows, maybe it'll work and I'll be a morning person for a couple weeks! (I assume my schedule will snap back to its normal time pretty quick.)
And hey, even if it doesn't work, I get to be maliciously compliant, which is my favorite form of protest!
...I probably need to get an eye mask, huh.
