god five years ago I started this yuri VN project with the basic idea of making something that sort of hit between Highway Blossoms and Girls' Last Tour in terms of vibes with the far less basic idea of going "and you will perform a character alongside an AI acting partner"
two years ago I finally figured out most of the story and wrote about half of it, though I will admit I didn't really have a super strong ending for it. It's a story about running from and finding home and being Jewish and the old plan I had for the second half did work with all of that, but there is a mech in this story that didn't really factor in much beyond the basic premise of these two girls leaving home looking for it as their key to a safer home
well I have been doing a ton more thinking about it because I have fixated on the Golem and golem stories for the last couple years. So now I'm going to put all that into this story because it fits the themes and lets me reincorporate the mech much more deeply into things while also having some fun pontificating about the nature of mecha from a Jewish perspective
Also I'm writing all of this as an AI researcher who does not do the "new hotness" (or really any ML) and who makes tools for character interaction while also going "it takes either a magic spell or stealing from God to make something the equivalent of a human"
