I love how it's nuanced depending on the type of creature.
Having a beak -> you look more similar to birds, they like you
Wearing croccasins -> you appear to have reptile feet, they like you
Wearing a cloak of ape fur -> you killed an ape, they hate you
Don't forget "Wearing the Severed Face Of A ____ Faction Member Over Your Face" which makes the ____ faction hate you, for some reason.
One of the world's great mysteries.
