I just learned something crazy about Armored Core 6, that may or may not be intentional. The reason Ayre might think Walter taught 621 how to double cross is because his actor, Patrick Seitz, is the one who played Patches in AC: For Answer. Which means you spend the entire game serving under Patches and can pull off a Patches move yourself!
