I tried learning to draw hands today and almost threw up
I'm not sure if this is applicable to where you are yet, but two things that help me are:
• Celebrate any element of the art that's good, even if you don't like it as a whole. It's something I do constantly, and it makes me feel a lot better about what I make.
• Style is not a rule. Do not adhere to "your style." Style is your decision making, particularly with how a certain thing in your drawing is shorthanded and just the habits that shape your lines.
