Does anybody have like, Brain Hax for being able to do the Work From Home thing while ADHD? I am having some troubles.
before i got laid off i committed to actually working the first 4 hours of the day if required or less if not, then just being on call the rest of the work day. bc of my adhd and getting hyperfocused on problems i still ended up getting more work done this way than other employees while having lots of time to myself after and not having to fight with my brain for so long. of all the things i tried this one helped me the most
also second what quat said, especially the first part about making your computer look different, i used the light theme for work instead of the dark one, put the dock on the bottom instead of the left, used a different wallpaper and a different color theme for the os, it's very important to make your work pc feel different
(ps if you use a light theme you have to also use a blue light filter)
