absolutely!! you might not fit in every room but most of zhe enclaves main social spaces are pretty big to allow for visitors of all sizes and shapes
plus im pretty sure a lot of zhe space agency (which is kiiiinda enclave-adjacent) is macro-safe due to our unique way of launching our satellites

im imagining it as an artificial cave system, kinda like zhe valsalian enclave but made wizh modern tools ourselves so we get to choose what its like
most of zhe administration areas of CESA are yinglet-sized because of our history (we were founded as zhe Yinglet Space Program and many of zhe early non-public buildings were constructed wizh zhat in mind) but all of zhe more modern construction is accessible via external boozhs (it isn't feasible to build a cafeteria for macros unfortunately)
I'm only macro sized sometimes!! i am normally like 2m - 2.5m in height (excl horns), but i am still a Big Red. (concidentally also some gold in there too heehoo). oh hell yeah! zhat size is absolutely fine to fit fine in pretty much every building except main office (again, sorry it's an older building) and we absolutely need more folks in vehicle fabrication. we have zhe macros as lift vehicles but we still need to design and build upper stages and such :3
