man even though I've been 'adulting' (read: pretending I know what I'm doing) for a while now, I still do enjoy the simple pleasure of just saying "I want to go do a thing now" and just... being able to. like no asking for permission or fearing getting in trouble or anything! it's such a novel experience despite the fact that literally every decision I make now is like that
