That weird power dynamic where someone does give you what they need, but they make a big deal about how they are Accommodating your Special Needs even though the thing you asked for is an extremely standard human requirement. Like there shouldn’t be a sharp distinction between regular and "special" needs in the first place, but you know what I mean.
