honestly the fact you can have a computer made with the best parts on the planet and some professionally made games STILL chug on that, should be grounds for public shame. im talking point and laugh. im talking apology emails and promises to release a better optimized update as soon as possible. im talking not being able to live it down for a decade minimum. it should be EMBARRASSING to release something so egregiously unoptimized that machines worth over 3000 dollars cant run it.
like this goes hand-in-hand with my opinion every game should have settings that can run on shitass machines, but even if you cant manage that, your game should at LEAST be able to run on god computers without looking like a slideshow.
