haha wow my last post seems to have struck a chord with a whole lotta folks
i should probably try and tackle this (and some other streaming-related subjects) with a little more tact on a day when i'm not mired in brain fog and mildly cranky about a variety of Things, but like. if there's one singular piece of advice i could give to someone that's new to chatting on Twitch (or YouTube, or wherever), it's "mind the vibe". most streamers i know just want to have a good time and not have to think about metrics, or the horrors of capitalism, or blorbing grotulitis, or what JimboPoopLord and his 1.5 million viewers are doing
