i had a sudden urge to draw an "extremely casual" Rachel, wearing something closer to what i'd wear irl. it feels like it's been a whole-ass age since i had the energy to draw anything

i took advantage of today's downtime to put the finishing touches on this. working with the NES palette is kinda tough, but fun! (though there's no way you could fit this within the rest of the console's limitations, lol)

(someone in my Discord said that this character looked like they should be selling skateboards, and everything kinda snowballed from there lol)

i need to just sit down and doodle without a specific goal more often. just plop down some pixels and file off the rough edges and see what comes out
