Exerizer is such a weird game in terms of presentation. The visual design's all over the place. Jaleco really managed to make a 8x8 script font that looks good then put it in a game that it doesn't really fit

that's baffling, but not quite Nastar baffling. this is a font that would look more at home in a cartoony Pac-Man game than a game full of barbarians and dragons and other medieval fantasy imagery, except i think Namco knew better than to use something so goofy and nigh-illegible as a game's primary font

big props to whoever decided to make it even more unreadable by giving it an orange/red palette and putting it on a busy, mostly orange background
