The hotkeys now work when RahiTuber is out of focus! This was a fun challenge, I've never used hooks before.
I also fixed a crash in the Motion Delay feature (if loading a Layer Set with motion delay n and the app hadn't been active for more than n frames, it crashed, silly mistake!)
