op calls this a take on asteroids which was really strange b/c there ARE asteroids in this but its otherwise a pretty standard shmup. i thought this was especially accessible for its genre with a pretty generous HP system. i felt that some of the powerups hindered rather than helped, especially the increased movement speed one. i think the art direction in this is pretty strong, i like the ship designs a lot and i think that the effects on the powerups are pretty cute. also this is straight up a 5 minute experience
