I'm constantly evaluating whether I'm being weird in social situations and adjusting accordingly (thanks adolescence), which ironically probably makes me come off even weirder. I wish just being straight up like "hey we're cool" or "nah, your vibes are fucked right now" was more common! I know my friends are cool with me, but try telling my limbic system that. Especially after 3 years of careful covid mitigation

I've known most of these people for 10+ years! All the worry will be gone by tomorrow. Just if there's one takeaway: be kind, be open, and tell your friends you love them.
