I briefly went on the Bird Site to help a friend with something and in the process saw someone else's follower count was higher than mine. I instinctively started comparing myself to them and thinking bad thoughts about both me and them. I recognized it immediately and left the site as soon as I was done with the thing, but the fact that it was so immediate how it put me in a toxic mindset . . .
I'm liking cohost more and more every day for being built in ways to discourage that kind of thing.
