is that you can park anywhere you want as long as it isn't in front of a Chinese restaurant! like literally driving through Quincy the main drags felt like ghost towns, except in front of specific restaurants, where it was just as packed as normal. naturally i was going to pick up food from a Chinese restaurant, so i had to park on a side street and walk to it lol
