while i am grousing about things, how do i make an image show up inline in a cohost post?

i can do:

but if i click the image upload button i cannot find any way to do this? and sure i have a workflow for dropping things in the public web directory for my server in colo but that's because i'm a weirdjob, there must be a better way, right?
