I have one of these, yes it is the entire comic, it's been around since I started. It's probably a good time to follow it so here's the QR.

northernlion is the most normal-coded guy who is also mentally ill. a while ago he was talking about how when he was younger he told doctors he probably had a penicillin allergy but the doctors kept dismissing it and saying he was wrong so he just stopped talking about it. and in his campylobacter + salmonella arc he talked about how he kept getting the go-around with his doctors when he was close to becoming fatally dehydrated from diahrea + vomiting and went "man maybe i should talk to a therapist about that haha". heâs a habitual toewalker and has said the main reason he doesnât try to get an autism DX is bc of the wait time for an eval. and yet he gets up at like 5 am every day to crush his peloton PB, the highlight of his week is going to costco, he has a kid, and he goes to bed at 9:30 pm. AND hes bald. what a king.
WoW has, ironically, changed quite a bit.
The main thing I'm noticing is that... Every single positive thing it's gained, as far as I can see, is taken wholesale from FFXIV.
Account-wide most-things.
NPC-party dungeons.
Little scaling world events like Delves (FATEs)
The completely customizeable UI positioning
The way it handles a loooooot of things now has just been taken straight from FFXIV, and, honestly? Good! I've been saying this for years, and they did it, and lo, the game is better for it! Solo dungeons with NPCs is HUGE tbh.
FFXIV could stand to take a scant few things from WoW, too. Namely the much enjoyed 'choose an expansion to level through' style of levelling WoW has now. I know it wouldn't work for the MSQ of FFXIV, but CBU3 seriously need to figure out how to cut the MSQ down without charging players $20 or w/e to skip it entirely.
Give us a truncated levelling experience that is an expansion-sized summary of the other expacs. Make them replayable for those curious. Literally anything. They're shooting themselves in the foot SO HARD by requiring players to play through the game in order of worst to best.
