TIME FOR GOODBYES

Can't say I'm surprised. Saw the writin' on the wall n' its unfortunate that Cohost has to go like this. For the year+some months I've been postin' on this site, it's been nice. This site's helped a little about how I approach online spaces in better ways. Gonna miss the html/css customization. Thanks to all who've rebug'd n' liked my creative works! Thank ya staff for all the hard work you've done on this site. I'll still post my works here until the doors close.

While it's goodbye cohost, it ain't goodbye me!

Got my digital biz card in the link below that's got the sites I roam. Twitter might be the place I post my art first. That n' retweets some art/tweet I like, or some ramblin' about whatever. I'm probably gonna make my Tumblr my main postin' ground for updates on my art only. My approach to social media doesn't really gel well with their algorithms lol. Here's my lesser used socials: Bluesky, Instagram, n' Pillowfort.

If all you care about is seein' my completed works, peep my Itaku, Newgrounds, or Pixiv. These sites do host my +18 art, but you'll need to create an account for Pixiv n' Newgrounds to view 'em. Itaku is special, in that you can toggle +18 art on or off without an account (+18 art/posts are toggled off by default).

I'm usually a reclusive kinda guy. What can I say, I enjoy my alone time. That said, don't feel like ya botherin' me if ya wanna reach out to me. My Discord's gogeta.ss4 if wanna talk to me that way. Otherwise, my personal Tumblr's another option. I might plan to create my own site to blog n' host my art. So, don't be too surprised if my .art domain redirects to a such a site! But until then...

See y'all around!

Idea: a button/'app'/shortcut on a phone you can press when pointing your phone camera at something (camera not actually necessary you'll see why), and the thing tells you what the first 'place' in front of you likely is, based on the direction you're facing and your location.

The 'it's a shortcut' version is just something that replicates opening a map app and selecting a space ~5m in front of you (hence direction relevance), and returning the first location result of that selection, but in calls rather than macro-UI prompts.

Camera interaction would be for the advanced implementation where it not only does the above, but separately tries to determine the location based on the picture, and/or corroborates this response with the response of the map-based result to try and produce a more accurate answer.

An overall focus on the idea is never to throw back a lat/long.

This thought brought to you by wishing I could just check a map like a video game.

"Aww paunch! Light-Tech Security!"
"Hellote."
"No probalo."
"Dump tell no mandy, it's just a land mower turned bankways!"
"Prude me in, Couch Z. I'm Reggie ToupƩe."
"Good efening, Bontilda. Fourty-twone will be on your lest." (And pretty much anything Senor Cardgage says.)
"Needless to say, I was perplexed, and intriguƩd." (pronounced 'intregwayed'.)
"Todaybor day is Labor day!"

And so many more. I intended to make this a post I'd extend as time went on....

But now we're out of time.
