Found it while looking at a twitter thread related to this cohost post: https://cohost.org/lokeloski/post/7548407-holy-shit-text-for.
Of course, the issue in ^that particular case was that some ("some", optimistically speaking...) of them don't respect robots.txt in the first place, but that same person from that thread also linked an nginx config deny list with the IPs they're blocking, so there's also that (I guess likely to be outdated soon if not already(?) and I don't know if they plan on keeping it updated, but still)
