As I rocket this secret project towards the most terrifying end goal (playtesting by other people) I continue to add more and more to it. I spent most of my birthday yesterday adding things, and I've even started getting around to polish and stretch goals.
On the left is a new level gimmick I spent way too much time trying to debug, and the right shows off a working timer for levels that will track the player's best times for completing each level in the game. It's been a wonderful ride to see this iteration of Project Petunia come together in a much more interesting way than the last version of it.
Oops! That's four precons I made out of classic lit characters and I didn't even touch Frankenstein, Dorian Gray, Dr. Jekyll, or Dracula.
P sure there's already Dracula lore in VtM, but wouldn't it be funny to have a party of jaded lit characters who already had a bad ending in their stories? Possibly chasing the classic horror characters around the world in classic hijinks?
