EDIT: OH! Turns out I'm just terrible at looking! I looked up a video walkthrough of the quests, and I was just in the wrong fucking room! Lol, everything is fine. Very pleased.

I beat Messmer tho.

Maybe 3rd hardest boss so far. Definitely more doable than some of the optional bosses so far!

Here's a tip for everyone: it doesn't matter which spirit ash you use (mimic tear is still the best b/c it infinitely duplicates your loadout for free), but any spirit ash will mostly trivialize a boss, because it splits their attention. It's just down to DPS after that.
