“A banker? Me?"
"Yes, Mr. Lipwig."
"But I don't know anything about running a bank!"
"Good. No preconceived ideas."
"I've robbed banks!"
"Capital! Just reverse your thinking," said Lord Vetinari, beaming. "The money should be on the inside.”

im not the kind of person that has money. but i would love to have a nice ""signature scent"", but whatever various colognes and perfumes ive had access to have been far too typical and binary. theres one perfume i got from my ex's sister thats reaaally good but i just wish it had a little musk or something in it, its just barely too feminine. gotta make my own damn androgynous perfume. surely that will be free and accessible
I have returned to the world of pixel art after having left the medium for about 5 years. Here are some of the early tilesets I have started on for this game project. You can see me floundering with a granite-grass tileset, and having a much more successful time with a glacial tileset.
I don't know why getting the granite tileset to look decent has been such a struggle, I've gone through 3 variations of it now and haven't really liked any of them. Though after messing with the glacier tileset for a bit, I am very impressed at how well it came together.
Also is it just me or is there like a weird Clickteam TGF vibe to these screenshots? I think the empty levels, repetitive tiles, and gradient backgrounds are really hammering that in.
