This final month of Cohost, I'm posting a random unfinished song from my vast folder of sketches every day. Until it's done.
All the songs will be compiled on my bandcamp: https://flyesen.bandcamp.com/
Greyhounds and borzois were made to hunt made to kill but mostly just lounge and run around for no reason. They like orcs or goblins in that sense. When they die their spirits run free throughout the cosmos causing trouble. They’re such cuties.
For what would have been his 28th birthday today. Anthoine Hubert. A young single-seater driver I supported, got to see race in person, and wrote an article about (which he also liked on Twitter) who sadly died during a Formula 2 Feature Race the day before my birthday, 5 years ago this year. I painted a picture of him through tears right after his death was announced. I have shared that painting on the anniversary of his death for the past 4 years, except this year. I wanted to do a brand new painting, as it's crazy to think it's been 5 years ago already. I didn't get it done in time for his anniversary. But instead, it felt better to remember him on his birthday this time. He was a talent that shone so bright, yet sadly burnt out too quick. We'll forever race for you. Forza Anthoine.
