For all my frustration with Procreate during the process of working on this comic, this panel did turn out exactly like I imagined 🥹 It's one of my favorite moments in the short so I'm extra glad the colors turned out.

The deadline for this one is coming up fast and I've been busy trying to get it done. I still need to figure out a title for the comic. I might go "Cosmic Tumbleweeds"? I might decide that's silly and try to think of something else.

And the finished full page. Minus the one bubble of dialogue ("Come swim with me.") in the first panel. What do you think, is the lake warm or cold? I set out wanting it to have a bioluminescent vibe, but I think it ended up looking kind of hot springy with all the glow bubbles. I'm not mad about it either way 😂
