Lying down in the sand with the hopes of the ocean floor swallowing you
Heart ache spilling wherever you go,
Because you want them to remember you
17 with newly wept wounds
Heartbreak with every neurotic, nocturnal cry for help
Everyone sees it, but no one hears you.
Small freeing steps, you’re on your own
Tangled into the bramble of human thorns
And 18 hurts just as bad, then worse.
