had a really interesting dream last night that i thought could make a good comic
so this whole thing took place in a "town" or whatever that was basically just an open-air sewer. the entire place was surrounded by an ocean of purple-ish black sludge that was so thick that if you fell in, youd just be stuck there unable to move or anything. this was the supposed "sewer water" but if this is the sewer water i dont really wanna know what absolute eldritch creature is producing this waste to begin with.
there was a submarine that looked like a badly stitched together bag with this purple thing on the top of it that looked like the arteries coming out of the top of a heart. it also had a human head (still looking like a badly stitched bag btw) that could spew the sludge from its mouth. i think it was alive? anyways. the main crew used this creature or whatever it is as a submarine because it could effectively swim through the immovable sludge.
most of the dream happened in a general area that i wanted to make a layout for before i forget it. the areas with the highest elevation are in a purplish hue going down to blue for lowest elevation, the dark purple is the sludge sea that surrounds the entire area.
to get to the main area you'd have to go through this basketball court thing which had an opening on its right side. then you'd have to jump on this really tiny ledge to the left of the opening, then from there jump to a bigger ledge on the right of the opening, then jump all the way down to the ramps which lead upward into the bird graveyard and an unsafe zone being patrolled by some guys that the dream didnt explain. supposedly working for whatever antagonist i made up in the dream, whatever they did that was bad kept changing throughout the dream so im not gonna mention what they do cuz im not even sure myself.
