A quartet of 1960's era Santa Fe locomotives (3 EMD F45's and one SD45) round the curve on my model railroad.

Playing with op-art inspired front end striping inspired by the 1968 Mexico Olympics, Canadian Pacific's '67 "CP Multimark" locomotive striping and other influences.

It's so fun playing with lighting effects on the layout, it's really bringing this scene to life!

Making and improving models as gifts for friends is always a treat. I weathered this whole train closely matching photographs of exactly these pieces for his birthday.
