I'm neck deep in cool arts people but I don't really know how best to put that kind of appreciation on display for our mutual benefit. I love anytime people draw my little snake doin' little snake stuff, but I'm also aware that that kind of thing is also something that folks on the outside of the environment see and say "wow this knucklehead must be somethin'!" Failing to leverage what I do get seems like a failure as an obligate self-promoter.
I haven't taken classes in this or anything so I'm always just postin and hoping for the best. Looking for trends and growing as a platform and also as an artist. The channel's follower count keeps growing and my media engagement rates are actually statistically abnormally high compared to a lot of my peers, so things are uh... Trending? Positively! I've definitely crested some hill where publishers are now saying "yes you can have a key for testing and review purposes please make us some media thank you" instead of not responding at all.
As I'm growing, I'd love to encourage folks to use the #Wobblypython tag. For art, to roast my long term Xenonauts2 strategies, make content suggestions. Really the works. I want to get a better understanding of who's gelling with my work.
I'm gonna pin it on my page and make an effort to give it my attention. I'm also going to look for more fun ways that we can all play together! Photoshop phridays! Mad libs? Unsure!
What I am sure of is to some extent I'm a community leader, (maybe amateur journalist?) and I really should start acting like one at some point.
Anyway thanks for all the support and attention I've been getting. It is super nice to be sure I'm not simply howling into the void about telling your friends you love them and embracing your creativity. More and more people really seem to be coming around to the messages and frankly that feels just wonderful.
