art repost: that time I dared attempt to render water (following a tutorial)

and also 5 characters in the same picture which so far is the most I've ever drawn at the same time.

I still kinda like this piece, the water doesn't look great but it looks like water, the pool feels likea pool and all my characters are having a good time together cooling down on a warm day, the vibes are nice :3

9 of the pixel art portraits I did for the Final Fantasy XIV episode of Preserving Worlds. They cover Gemstone in that episode too. I did way more drawings for that, because that game has no graphics. It's all text! I used to play that game when I was a kid. I also played Final Fantasy XIV. You should watch the episode and guess which character is mine. Here's a hint: he's the studly one.

If you'd like your own FF14 portrait get in touch, I'm good at these things now, though I've never had to draw a Tarutaru. I imagine I'd do a great job though. I mean, I can't remember what Tarutarus are called in FF14 but I know what they look like okay, that's what really matters, I'm sure I'd do a great job.
