Hold on to your hats;

One day on. One day off. Start drawing the second the coffee mug is in my hands until I gotta go do something else.

I am able to get a few of these "pages" done a day this way if I'm not suffering from any health issues. ex- The pain of not wearing sunscreen on a high UV day. It's peeling off nicely now, thank you for asking. But as I get to the end of this first story I'm beginning to realize how limited the infinite scroll is as a way to make comics.

Yeah, yeah. I've been harping on this a few million times now, but the more I try to make the format work for me the more it ain't. My Day Off was spent redrawing the thumbnails for the remaining stories with a mind of a more traditional print page format. I don't know if I'll redo this first installment.

Probably not.

I'm trying things out 🤭 I got some g-pen nibs and they give me a way finer control than a fine liner, so I can stop it from bleeding but it still bleeds if I push down any more than in the mech.

You can see on the orc page how the top ink bleeds through to the back onto the mech page whereas the mech drawing doesn't bleed onto the orc page.

But I have no idea what I'm doing with dip pens and any recommendations are welcome 🤭 this is just moleskine paper so it's not exactly built for it. But I dunno what other Inks to try so I'd love to learn what people's favorites are ^-^ see if anyone has an ink that works well on thin paper
