Hi! Since cohost is imploding, I just wanted to let you know that I love your comics! Your art is so lovely, and I think your takes on DC characters are really interesting too. I love it when characters relationships get recontextualized so thoughtfully.
Anyways, that's all. Have a nice day~

It's been so fun playing with these characters, I'm glad others enjoy my shenanigans with them too.
I made sure to follow you elsewhere as well!

Would you two be okay with me transcribing your Golden Boy comics & posting the transcript to transcribedcomicszines.dreamwidth.org? (You'd be free to add the transcripts to your Cohost posts if you wanted, with whatever edits you wanted, and also free to suggest edits on the Dreamwidth version. If you're okay with a transcript but don't want it on Dreamwidth, I don't have a Cohost account, but I can try sending it in an ask.)

That's awesome! Send me a link when you're done, I'd love to see it ๐Ÿ˜€ does the site link back to the comics they transcribe? Because I like the sound of the comics on there and struggle finding links to the original in their posts (maybe I missed it!).

My main note about transcribing the Golden Boy comics is how to go about referring to the Golden Boy character. I personally went out of my way not to name his adult form within the comic because he doesn't technically have his own name in the comics (canonically he is treated like an alternate universe John Constantine. Right down to being given the same name instead of being his own separate person). But in my head-canon and au his full name is Marigold "Goldie" Constantine. You can either refer to his adult version as Marigold and his ghost-kid version as Goldie OR refer to them by a title. Adult!Goldie can be referred to as the Golden Mage and his ghost-kid self can then be The Golden Boy. If that's too unwieldy, go for the names. I think that might work better since ghost kid Goldie's name is mentioned in the comic.
