me when my blood is hyperrealistic

The 2003 orchestral redo of the Laputa soundtrack blows my fuckin socks off I could talk about it for hours. I'm not that good with musical terminology but the way that this song, "The Chase", weaves the themes of the pirates and the government into this high energy counter-melody section of battling strings and brass towards the end of the song... wowza. I know there are probably people who prefer the original release soundtrack for valid reasons but this is the definitive version of the movie for me.
