Kaye is a Redguard trader who is in charge of the Shrine Sergeants of the Imperial Cult at their chapels in Ebonheart. He has a number of quests for those who join the cult.
As the Shrine Sergeant, his quests typically involve more action and combat than those of his fellows, Iulus Truptor and Synnolian Tunifus. Like them, however, he is rather pushy, as most of his dialogue is in the form of greetings.
"I told you not to come back for a full day. And understand -- if I do give you another shrine sergeant mission, you had better take your commitments more seriously."
