Custard base with brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Inclusions are raisins soaked overnight in syrup and whisky, and toasted oatmeal praline.
If I had one criticism, it's that the oatmeal praline is a little more on the hard and crunchy side than I'd expect, rather than providing the chew of a good cookie, but it might soften up a little more as it sits in the freezer. Over all, this is a really good, unique ice cream flavor that I'll happily make again.
