I honestly feel like if enough sufficiently popular people collectively left Twitter for another site, twitter would burn quicker than you would realize.

I've seen some of them say they don't do that because other alternatives have some controversy or security issue around them. Didn't twitter advertise itself on controversy and security issues though?
