Unusually, the judge who made the initial decision gave permission to appeal, without referring the case up to the Court of Appeal to make the decision.

In giving permission to appeal, he said that there was a ‘real prospect that the Court of Appeal might differ from the reasoning at [91]-[99] of my judgment’ and that ‘the point is of sufficient general importance to justify consideration by the Court of Appeal.’

so one of the things that's kept me from posting as frequently on this site wrt art is visibility. like visibility on twitter isn't great (and it's only gotten worse) but tumblr is still one of the best places to post art. I put up my Metroid Dread fanart from ages ago and it still gets circulated on tumblr.

I do wanna post more on cohost but I am wondering if there's some way to start getting at least a little bit more visibility for my stuff.
