Am I just getting old or is the android keyboard getting worse at telling what word you're trying to swipe. Seems like it consistently gets it wrong even if I go slowly over the specific letters I want

Another game I've been meaning to get around to for a while. I'll be saying that a lot really, I have MANY games to get to. I had an absolute blast with this game. I love the art style of the game, with it's Pseudo-3D, and the music is so nice. It creates this really nice atmosphere that permeates through the entire game.
And it's a damn good platformer too, once I understood what was going on, each level was really fun to go through. Most of my early-game frustration came from me not knowing that I had the ability to run? And most of the parts I had difficulty with would've been a cake-walk if I knew how to run. By the time I figured it out, I was in World 4. And while it was frustrating at the time, I can't help but look back on it and laugh, the fact I was halfway through the game before I knew I could run is so stupid it's funny.
The bosses were really fun. Aside from K. Rool, they were all relatively easy, but it was fun just figuring out how to fight them. And K. Rool, he was easily the best part of the game for me, learning and understanding his pattern, failing and retrying, it was super engaging to me and I really loved it. The only issue I ever really had is that there's one level that had this thing where whenever you turned around, a blinding light would engulf the screen for a split second, and with how many times I turned, it really hurt my eyes. It was easily the lowest part of the game for me, and I never want to deal with that level ever again.
But aside from that, I had a damn good time with Donkey Kong Country, and even through the frustrations I really enjoyed it. I definitely plan to get to the rest of these games, as this was an absolute blast.
and that is just such a fucking sentence. (I of course was happy to explain 4/20 to Bing, who was confused that there were a lot of search results coming up but it couldn't actually see them.)
