for my next album i am doing "research" on the worldview of canadian landlords. there is no saving any of them

I feel like every time I move, I have to sign up for a million barely functional accounts, with dubious privacy, from fly by night start ups that will be gone in two years.

This rant is brought on by my new apartment complexes parking garage, which is managed by a third party for some reason. There website and app don't work at all and the rate the landlord gave me is not the real rate. I sent a support email and they called me immediately, but I wish I could just pay for parking with rent like a normal person.

I hate the ButterflyMX and Smart Rent and all that other bullshit landlords make you get too.

If anyone want's to do some good in the world, you could probably create one of these start ups and scam a lot of VCs and landlords before skipping with the money. It seems like they will buy anything.
