Anyone here meal prep, especially frozen meal prep? Any favorite dishes? I'm gonna prep a bunch of meals this week so I have easy things to eat during recovery. Only major food considerations are no squashes or coconut or shellfish, otherwise I can and will eat just about anything else

My main plan is to have mostly stuff like cup noodles and apples and baby carrots handy but for dinners id like something I can throw in the slow cooker or insta pot easily since my roomie doesn't cook much
