From the first Sonic Adventure, it's Tikal! She doesn't show up particularly often these dayss after her starring role in Sonic Adventure (although I heard she was in one of the mobile games?) but her design is very cute, and I've been playing a lot of Sonic games lately, so I decided to draw her. Sometimes, the idea process for drawing a thing is just that simple~

From the Beetlejuice animated series, it's Lydia Deetz! I hadn't watched the original Beetlejuice until today (it's good!) but that rattled old memories of watching the animated show- which I didn't realise was succesful enough for multiple seasons- in my youth with no knowledge of what it was based on. Did you know, animated Lydia has extremely good and cool fashion sense? So that's how we got here, with a background vaguely based on part of the first intro for the show.
From THE iDOLM@STER: CINDERELLA GIRLS, it's Riamu Yumemi for her birthday! Well, almost. Her birthday's actually the 12th, but the moment I realised that would make it Friday the 13th this week, I decided to combine an old tradition of drawing Koume Shirasaka on Friday the 13th with Riamu. Don't worry, Riamu! Koume's just in costume for the occasion, Jason's not really out there!
.... Do you hear that? Is that chi chi chi ha ha ha or ki ki ki ma ma ma? Nah, must just be the wind.
In her tan appearance from Hidden Star in Four Seasons, it's Cirno the ice fairy from the Touhou series! She's associated with the number nine because the manual for the versus shmup in the series, Phantasmagoria of Flower Dream, has a diagram that labels her with the ol' nineball. So, 9/9 is her day! In HSIFS, she gets tanned because of overflowing magical power, but it's a cute look I haven't drawn enough, so here we go. Since it's also Dreamcast Day, Cirno recommends you play Zombie Revenge or Dynamite Cop.
